New Ringette Ontario COVID Vaccination Policy
Dear Parents, Ringette Players, Board Members and Association
Please read the following announcement from Ringette Ontario:
Effective December 20th, 2021, all RO Participants who are eligible to receive vaccination, including Players, RO Bench Staff, RO Officials, Minor Officials, Third-Party Contractors and RO Volunteers, are required to have provided to a designated representative of the Organization evidence demonstrating that they have received the completed series of an Accepted COVID-19 Vaccine at least 14 days before they are permitted to participate in Sanctioned Activities.
This means that Ringette participants who are under the age of 18 (5 years old to 18) have until Monday January 31st to receive first dose and until March 14th to receive the second dose to be compliant with the revised Ringette Ontario revised Vaccination Policy.
We understand that this announcement will affect some our players at the lower levels but at this time we need to abide by this policy.
