Spectators Welcome !!
Many have been waiting for this to happen and now it has !! We can watch our kids play !!!
The City's revised Arena COVID-19 Guidlines now allow for you to come in and watch the kids play Ringette.
Regardless of age group we MUST abide by the City's guidelines .... They should be reviewed so that there are no surprises when you get to the arena.
COVID protocols require that each spectator be logged through the TEAM App when checking in the player or responding to the COVID questionnaire.
The following screen shots should help you through the process of adding a spectator on the TEAM App ...
- Tap the screen in the area under the "Sign COVID" button
- Scroll down to the Spectators area and click on the edit icon
- Enter the name of the person that will be designated as the spectator and press enter
Technical issues a user might be having with the TEAM App can be addressed by an Arena COVID Safety Rep in a window 30 minutes to 15 minutes before ice time.
Players will be let inside with 1 spectator. If a player requires help with their skates or other equipment then the designated spectator must provide the help to the player.
Once help has been rendered by the spectator then the spectator is to proceed to stand in a designated spectator area.
A minor wishing to be admitted as a spectator must be able to stand, alone, in the designated spectator zone. If the minor spectator is unable to remain standing alone in the designated zone then they will be denied access to the arena.
No foods or drinks are permitted inside the arena.
Only 6 players are allowed in a change room ... additional players are to select a designated chair or spot on the players' bench to get ready to play.
