In Timmins Ringette JBO division play on Sunday,   Cain Safety doubled up on Custom Concrete 6-3.  Cain was led to victory through Sydney Dagenais’s hat trick.  Nancy Courchesne, Gabrielle Dagenais, and Riley Kaye rounded out the scoring.   Marie Bourdages-Cote contributed two assists.    Kristen Vance, and Alexie Trudel (with two goals), responded for Custom in a losing cause.   Aimee Chenier and Janelle Beland added assists.

In Tween action, Rehab Plus and Iroquois Falls Home Hardware Hornets travelled to Iroquois Falls to play, with Rehab coming out on top 5-3.   Keyana Breault played a spirited game in leading Rehab’s attack with two goals.   Single tallies came off the sticks of Danika Ratte, Alexander Lent, and Karine Harvey.   Danielle Southcott chipped in with two assists.   Morgan MacIver had one assist.  Amaya Come, Logan Lachance, and Alina Lessard responded for Iroquois Falls.  Tatum Emans and Cloe Poliquin added assists.

Novice Division:

In Novice division action on Sunday,  Neo Lazer Tag and the Iroquois Falls Ringers played in Iroquois Falls to a 6-6 tie.   The game was spirited on both sides, and entertaining for their fans. Jan Courshesne had two goals for Neo Lazer, while Olivia Breton, Kaitlyn Bangs, Cloe Belanger-Gallant, and Isabelle Rivard chipped in with single tallies.  Jasmin Bangs added an assist.  Emerly Come paced the Iroquois Falls attack with four goals.   Chloe Boucher and Adele Desrocher completed their scoring.

 

Petite Division:

On Monday, Timmins Garage upended Designer Pools 6-1.   Jo-Anne Vane backstopped her team to the win on her birthday; losing her shutout with less than 4 minutes to play.   Lauren Bonsall played a strong defensive game and led her team to victory with a hat trick.  Camryn Hyde chipped in with two goals, while Kenady Hussey completed the scoring.    Isabelle Quesnel-Godda contributed two assists while Alexis Jensen and Karine Bolduc had one each.  Martina Romain replied for Designer Pools.

On Tuesday, Designer Pools rebounded with a 9-5 win over Porcupine Kinsmen.   The Pool team came back from a 2-0 deficit in the first period with nine unanswered goals in the second.   Janelle Lapierre led the comeback with four goals, while Maria Aide-Rios chipped in with two.   Gabrielle Cheff, Isabella Peters, and Brooke-Lynne McGinn rounded out the scoring.  Marie Aide-Rios also chipped in with two assists.   Martina Romain and Elise Aubry had one assist each.   Adison Roberge led the Kinsmen attack with three goals.  Zoe Brazeau chipped in with two goals and one assist.   Annie-Sophie Labelle, Christelle Berthier, and Talia Rivard added one assist each.

 

Tween Division:

In Wednesday night Tween play, Albert’s Sports and Work Wear defeated Viel Auto Body 6-2.   Alexander Lent and Danika Ratte paced the Albert’s attack with two goals a piece.   Marie-Pier Durepos-Letourneau and Jayme Marcotte added single markers.   Jessica Boileau and Paige Brumwell contributed two assists each, while Kaylee Simoneau added one.   Marguerite Bourdages- Cote and Sierra Landry responded for Viel.   Emma Robertson and Pari Breton had assists in a losing cause.

 

JBO  Division:

On Wednesday, Custom Concrete played one of their most complete games of the year in edging Tisdale Plumbing and Heating 3-2.    Custom’s Melanie Bastin and Tisdale’s Christina Liposcate both had strong games in goal in this entertaining back and forth affair.  Neomi Bordeleau, Janelle Beland, and Alexie Trudel  scored in the victory, with Emily Bartolomucci and Amelie Mainville adding important assists.   Veronique Gagne and Danya Desjardins replied for Tisdale.
